Senior Reps

This will be my first year to do Senior Reps. If you are a senior for 2021, please fill out this form. I will choose five senior reps and each of them will receive three free sessions.

Requirements are: Must be a 2020/2021 High School Senior, be within a reasonable distance from where I am based, and promote me on social media.
